Responsibilities

Provide the highest standard of care to the children, ensuring all their needs are met.
Check in on the children every 20 minutes (or in line with specific guidelines) throughout the night and record the checks and additional information.
Support the children’s independence with everyday tasks and personal care.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, external professionals, and colleagues.
Undertake domestic duties during your night shift between checking in on the children.
Attend mandatory training courses and other recommended training to support your own development.
