What you will do:

• Provideexpert pharmaceutical careto patients undergoingsystemic anti-cancer therapy, ensuring thehighest standards of safety, quality, and clinical effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively withoncology and multidisciplinary teamstoverify chemotherapy prescriptions, optimise treatment protocols, and support positive patient outcomes.
• Participate inon-call duties, ensuringcontinuous pharmaceutical oversight and patient safetywhen required.
• Conductcomprehensive medication reviews, tailoringtreatment plans to individual patient needsand ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Deliverguidance and educationtohealthcare professionals, patients, and familiesregarding thesafe management of cancer therapies and associated medications.

Requirements:

• SACT trainedwith experience inSystemic Anti-Cancer Therapy services.
• BOPA verification passport preferred, though not essential.
• HCPC registration required.
• Driving licence advantageous, offering greater flexibility for service delivery.
