The Shillito Group are partnered with a well-established financial services organisation looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead complex business change and strategic projects across the organisation.

This is not a pure IT Project Manager role.

They need someone who has delivered large-scale change before, can bring structure to complexity, influence senior stakeholders and confidently lead projects from inception through to delivery.

You’ll play a key role in improving governance, delivery standards and overall project maturity within a growing change environment.

• A proven Senior Project Manager with experience delivering large scale business change
• Experience operating in regulated or complex environments (financial services experience is highly beneficial)
• Someone who understands governance properly, but knows delivery matters more than paperwork
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across operational, technology and business functions
• Strong commercial awareness, budget ownership and risk management capability
• Someone who can bring people with them, not just manage plans
• Formal PM qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, APM, Agile etc.)

• You’ve walked into ambiguity before and brought order to it
• You know how to build credibility quickly
• You’re comfortable challenging senior people when required
• You focus on outcomes, not activity
• You’ve delivered meaningful change - not just coordinated it
