Receptionist / Scan Assistant, Bearsden

We are excited to be opening our new Baby Scanning clinic in Bearsden, and we are looking for a warm, friendly, and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team.

Baby Scanning is a trusted provider of pregnancy ultrasound scans, offering parents-to-be a magical and memorable experience. We pride ourselves on creating a calm, welcoming, and reassuring environment where families feel supported every step of the way.

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play an important role in making sure every visitor receives a warm welcome and a smooth, positive experience from the moment they arrive.

As this is a new clinic, the role will also include helping to build awareness of the Bearsden branch through friendly client communication and social media support.

✔️ Greeting clients warmly and professionally

✔️ Managing bookings and appointments

✔️ Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

✔️ Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

✔️ Keeping the reception area clean, calm, and organised

✔️ Supporting the wider team to deliver the best possible client experience

✔️ Assisting with social media and marketing to help build the Bearsden customer base

✔️ Providing occasional holiday cover at other branches when required

✅ Excellent communication and people skills

✅ A friendly, caring, and compassionate nature

✅ Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to multitask in a busy environment

✅ Confidence using basic IT systems and booking software

✅ Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

✅ Flexibility and reliability, especially for weekend shifts

⏳ Hours: Part-time hours, including weekend work. Weekend availability is essential.
