Service Reception Manager Bedford £28,000 OTE £36,00 Our client is a leading prestige dealership group based in East Anglia who are looking to employ a Service Reception Manager for their dealership in the Bedford area.  Key Role Responsibilities: As a Service Reception Manager, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your key responsibilities will include Effectively supporting the management of resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives. Supporting the effective analysis of the vast array of data available to ensure that swift, decisive and effective decisions can be made to change the direction of, or an operation within, your department. Delivering upon and supporting Management to ensure consistent adherence to the Vindis Group?s Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given. Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by your department are complete accurate and aligned with any governing quality standards.
