Senior Architectural Technician (Low Rise Estate Developments) AC(phone number removed) Bedfordshire Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience) Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside an established RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Bedfordshire, who are currently on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technician to join their residential team on a permanent basis. Working as a key part of the residential team, you will get the chance to work on a variety of nationwide housebuilding projects, predominately low rise estate developments. You will have an excellent eye for detail, strong experience producing housing layouts and house types and be able to hit the ground running.
