Shift allowance of £63 per week if all 4 shifts completed. (making the basic around £10.20 per hour)  Basic rising to £9.02 after 12 weeks and overtime to £13.53  Recruitment Process  Digital for speed and efficiency  Video interviews available (Teams, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp)  Candidate requirements:??  Experience of working in a process environment is advantageous   To set up and diagnose Plant machinery to run at its maximum efficiency   To diagnose and reports faults on all machinery   To keep working areas clean and hygienic at all times   To complete Pre-start ?HACCP? checks and relevant magnet checks across the plant   To understand workings of all machinery and auxiliary components to achieve maximum throughput and quality   Any other duties as required by the Company from time to time  Physically fit and capable to working across multiple floors and at height   Display positive personal attributes by being able to work off own initiative and as part of a team.??  Attention to detail and accuracy are key to the smooth running of the entire operation and so you must have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.??  We are committed to our job seekers ? who are a valued part of our business ? and we take great pride in assuring your satisfaction.
