Our client has a vacancy for a Litigation Solicitor (with Contentious Probate experience) Requirements The candidate should be experienced in most aspects of litigation and specifically Will disputes, Estate disputes, Trust Disputes, and Court of Protection Disputes The Firm offers generous financial incentives with the opportunity of quarterly pay rises and an end of year along with a three year (fast-track) career progression plan, where it is possible for the candidate to achieve equity partnership within three years.
