The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Valid Gas Safe Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).Unvented (G3) qualification. Experience in fault finding and diagnostics. Knowledge of central heating wiring including smart controls (S plan and Y plan systems) is desirable. Commercial experience is desirable. Of-tec is desirable. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly manner. Full UK Driving Licence.High end quality of work is a must. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently. While you will require your own hand tools and power tools, we will provide the necessary gas analyser.Key Responsibilities: Installation, servicing, and maintenance of domestic gas appliances and heating systems. Conducting domestic gas safety inspections (CP12's) / servicing and breakdown. Carrying out boiler and central heating installations / powerflushing. General plumbing tasks / maintenance.1st/ 2nd fixing of bespoke high-end houses / plant rooms. Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs of heating systems.
