Eton Bridge Partners has been retained by a growing technology business to appoint their new Commercial Finance Director. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the individual will elevate planning, forecasting and commercial finance whilst improving reporting quality, embedding financial discipline and turning data into meaningful action.

Candidate Profile
  • Qualified accountant
  • Comprehensive FP&A and Commercial Finance background
  • Experience business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders, including at board level
  • Experience improving data integrity and reporting
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Transformation experience with a clear view of what good looks like, and how to get there
  • Comfortable with SAAS/ARR metrics

Location: Bedford, with hybrid working
