Property Litigation Solicitor – 6+ PQE – Bedfordshire – Salary GBP 70,000 – 85,000+ DOE

An opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded property disputes team within a well‑established regional law firm. Acting for landlords, tenants, developers, property owners and management companies, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property litigation matters.

The role will involve:

• Advising on commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Forfeiture and possession proceedings
• Dilapidations claims
• Rent and service charge disputes
• Restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light, break notices and wider breach of covenant issues
• Risk management and dispute resolution strategies
• Working closely with counsel and expert witnesses where required
• Supervising and supporting junior fee earners
• Contributing to business development initiatives
• Playing a key role in the continued expansion of the department

• Qualified Solicitor with at least six years’ post‑qualification experience in property litigation
• Strong background in commercial property disputes
• Excellent technical knowledge, strong client management skills and a commercial approach to dispute resolution
• Experience handling a busy caseload independently
• Involvement in business development activities
• Genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive approach
