Architect, Lancashire

Architect required to join a thriving Architectural studio in Lancashire, close to Lancaster and Morecambe. This award-winning company have established a fantastic reputation within the Lancashire region and across the North-West. They work on projects within the Residential, Commercial and Retail sectors. These range from small-scale extensions and conversions through to large, multi-million pound schemes. They are looking for a Senior Architect to join their practice and work primarily as a Designer, however there may be a requirement to oversee lesser experienced members of the team and undertake various management responsibilities as the role develops here. To be considered for this role, we would hope that candidates meet the following criteria: ·Be proactive and clear in identifying and meeting objectives. ·To have an excellent eye for detailed design. ·Be able to demonstrate high level communication & presentation skills. ·Have at least 2 years UK-based, post-qualification experience. ·Be proficient using one of the following software package - REVIT/AutoCAD/Vectorworks. ·Ideally have experience within the Residential, Education and Commercial sectors. ·Be able to demonstrate a high level of design capability within their portfolio. A competitive salary is on offer between £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
