Behavioural Teaching Assistant, 'Oldham'

Eden Brown Education are working with a high school in Oldham d who require a Behavioural Teaching Assistants to provide support across the Key Stages. You MUST have a Team Teach qualification which you have completed within the last 2 years. This would be suitable for a passionate teaching assistant who is able to make a difference in a child's learning and development and comfortable to work from their own initiative as well as take directions from the class teacher. You should also be comfortable supporting children 1:1 or in small groups. This is a temporary position starting in October The successful candidate will: - Have recent experience in a similar role as a teaching assistant or learning support - Teaching assistant Level 2 or at least 1 years' experience - SEN experience is desirable - Enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one - Excellent behaviour management - Have a caring an nurturing approach - Support the class teacher with the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons - Team Teach qualification dated within 2 years What we can offer in return: - Should you need a new DBS check we will pay for the new certificate - A friendly and professional service - Support with career development and progression - A shared passion for teaching and developing children and young people Eden Brown Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
