Multi Skilled Engineer Our client who has numerous sites across the UK has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their fast growing food business in North Yorkshire. You will be responsible for: * Maintaining plant and equipment to optimum standards to minimise downtime and maximise equipment efficiency through reactive and proactive approaches, prioritising workloads effectively. * Keeping the equipment and areas of working in a suitable and practical condition which adheres to Technical, Quality and Hygiene standards. * Complete, store / deliver relevant information (i.e. work request forms) according to procedure to allow reviews of and to be able to report on work carried out. Reporting directly to the Engineering Shift Manager and working closely with key discipline colleagues including Production, Technical, Hygiene, Training, Environment and Health and Safety. Ideally you will have an FMCG background, with a good understanding of HACCP principles, 17th/18th edition wiring regulations would be advantageous, Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 3 CEIH Health &Safety With a generous salary, share save scheme, pension and opportunities for progression.
