Your primary focus will be on delivering an excellent customer experience for potential new clients through promoting the services on offer. A typical day in the life of the Sales Executive will consist of: Making warm calls to potential clients by phone to promote services and solutions. Ensuring calls and emails are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, confidence and accuracy. Ensuring that prospective customers are fully advised and supported through their decision-making. Previous experience in a sales, call centre of business development role is certainly advantageous, but not essential.
