Graduate Town Planner | Planning Consultancy | South Coast, Chichester

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a small but busy and growing planning consultancy near Chichester on the hire of a Graduate Town Planner. This company works with individuals developers and public organisations across West Sussex, Hampshire and the South East to deliver commercially viable solutions, overcoming site-specific planning constraints. In this role you will assist the team in providing the following services; -Planning Applications -Appeals -Heritage & Conservation -Enforcement -Site & Land Appraisals -General planning Advice Requirements to apply In order to apply, you should hold a planning or related degree with 6-12+ months of planning experience (preferably coming from an LPA). You should be ambitious, commercially minded, and hold good communication skills. You will also possess a driving licence with a willingness to travel to clients/sites. Training & Development The role will include ongoing coaching from the Directors who will work with you to help you secure your MRTPI. Why Apply?
