Architect (ARB/ RIBA - High End Residential/ Care Projects) AC(phone number removed) Ascot Salary Circa: £40k I am looking to speak with highly motivated and driven Architects local to the Ascot area, who would be interested in joining a vibrant and design-led architectural practice on a permanent basis. With 'peak performance' being one of their slogans, you can expect to be involved in some really exciting projects across high end residential, residential developments and they are also moving into care home/ retirement living projects in the not-to-distant future! You will be joining a team of 7, where there is a clear cut progression path set out from day 1, alongside excellent mentoring and support, to help you progress in the best way possible. You should already have job running experience and ideally already be chartered. Revit is definitely a massive bonus. Essential Qualifications/ experience for this Architect (ARB/ RIBA - High End Residential/ Care Projects) role: * Suitably qualified and member of the ARB/ RIBA * Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations/ producing and submitting planning applications * Strong knowledge of AutoCad, Revit and NBS Specification writer * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * A full UK driving licence and own transport Additional responsibilities of this Architect (ARB/ RIBA - High End Residential/ Care Projects) role: * Creation of Revit models from concept through to production of information stages. * Liaising with teams regarding additional input from third party consultants * Developing specifications and tender documentation * Ensuring the checklist is compiled for the tender packs * Developing links with contractors and other consultants * Attendance of meetings * Completion of valuations * Issuing inspection reports after site visits * Experience working on site as well as working within an office environment is beneficial * Understanding of new legislations changes and potential benefits to clients, conducting informative emails and notes to send to key contacts * Development of planning scheme into detailed construction drawings * Working alongside the planning team regarding the planning conditions * Development of Specification and tender documentation Commutable locations for this Architect (ARB/ RIBA - High End Residential/ Care Projects) position: Binfield, Wokingham, Reading, High Wycombe, Farnborough, Basingstoke, Slough If you are interested in hearing more about this Architect (ARB/ RIBA - High End Residential/ Care Projects) role, please could you call ALICE on (phone number removed)/ (phone number removed), or please send an updated CV and portfolio to (url removed)
