Salesforce Consultant, Cirencester

During an exciting period of expansion our client, an established and well respected market leader as an information technology financial services specialist is looking to grow their salesforce practice. Consequently, we are actively seeking experienced Salesforce Consultants to work alongside the client, Salesforce appointed architects and the Intellect Salesforce development team through discovery, design and delivery of solutions. * 5yrs + as a Consultant in a mid/large organisation. * 5yrs + Salesforce Platform Design and Development Experience. * Expert technical understanding and systems integration experience with Salesforce Platforms including Sales, Service, Financial Services, Community, Marketing and App Cloud. * Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform * Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues * Hands on experience of building Lightning components, Lightning Connect, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Scheme Builder and Lightning Framework. * Hands on experience with Force dot Com technologies. * Hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud. * Expertise in Salesforce workflows, UI design, reporting, dashboards and application roll outs. * Hands on experience with both Agile (SCRUM, SAFE or LEAN) and Waterfall methodologies. * Be an ideas person and problem solver as well as someone who is prepared to get hands on with development. * Be a collaborator who loves working with and learning from people with different skills, background, perspectives and experience. * Be a natural initiative taker who brings the best out in others, an excellent listener who can help to grow our business without compromising existing relationships, standards, integrity or culture. * Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiating, decision making, problem solving, presentation and facilitation skills. * Multiple Salesforce Certifications across Admin (Admin/Advanced Admin), Development (App Builder, Platform Developer) and Cloud (Sales and Service) * Stakeholder management. Ability to convey technical information to all audiences with ease, as well as engaging and managing stakeholders effectively. * Ability to gather business requirements working with the client, driving out answers to business problems. To be considered for this role you must possess a minimum of 5yrs experience as a Consultant in a mid/large organisation. Multiple Salesforce Certifications across Admin (Admin/Advanced Admin), Development (App Builder, Platform Developer) and Cloud (Sales and Service) In addition, you will display exceptional communication skills with a meticulous work ethic and a strong focus on detail.
