Rhubarb Recruitment is recruiting a Head Chef for a vibrant Mediterranean Greek restaurant located in the centre of Bath. We seek an experienced Senior Chef to lead this already-established and well-reviewed kitchen operation. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for general kitchen and staff management and ensuring the highest level of quality and presentation of dishes and service standards. This role would suit an existing Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Support in relocation to the Bath area is available for the right candidate.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
Experience working with Mediterranean and/or Greek cuisine.
Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as work collaboratively with restaurant management and staff.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary

Package worth c 50,000 - basic salary c 44,000 (negotiable depending on experience) plus service.
