Overview

Volunteer as a Partnerships & Outreach Officer with eduSOIL, supporting youth-led education and wellbeing programmes linked to Design for Change. Assist with research, outreach and coordination to expand school and community partnerships, a flexible, learning-focused role.

This role strengthens the organisation’s growth and sustainability by expanding awareness of its programmes among schools, families and community networks. By supporting research, outreach coordination and communications, the volunteer helps build and maintain strong partnership pipelines. Their contribution improves internal organisation, ensures consistent follow-up and increases visibility across education and wellbeing sectors. This enables the core team to focus on high-quality programme delivery while strengthening long-term impact, financial resilience and community reach.

  • Researching schools, community organisations or networks that may be interested in our programmes.
  • Assisting with preparing outreach materials or information packs.
  • Drafting simple introductory emails or follow-up communications.
  • Supporting the organisation of meetings or introductory conversations.
  • Helping maintain contact lists and basic data records.
  • Contributing ideas for increasing community visibility.
  • Supporting storytelling and sharing programme impact updates.
  • Participating in collaborative reflection and planning discussions
