About you Proven experience in joinery, with a strong practical background Demonstrable leadership or supervisory skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment Excellent communication and team-building skills What you'll do Lead and support a team of joiners and apprentices on daily production tasks Manage workflow and scheduling to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency Carry out complex joinery tasks, including cutting, assembling, and finishing Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols Liaise with the Workshop Manager and coordinate activities across the shopfloor Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and training development For further information on this job, apply via the link or contac Cian France for a confidential chat today.
