About the Role Breakfast Chef

As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality breakfast experience for hotel guests while ensuring excellent presentation, consistency, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a high standard
• Maintain buffet breakfast service
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and HACCP compliance
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste
• Support the wider kitchen team when required

Chef de Partie

As Chef de Partie, you will support the culinary team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes according to brand standards
• Ensure food hygiene and safety procedures are followed
• Assist with training and supporting junior team members
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
