We are delighted to be working with a leading Belfast commercial law firm to recruit an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.


This is a standout opportunity for a legal secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. You'll be supporting a team of highly regarded litigation solicitors handling a range of disputes.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to litigation fee earners

  • Managing legal documentation and correspondence, including court forms and pleadings

  • Handling digital dictation, document production, and diary management with efficiency and accuracy

  • Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties

  • Maintaining organised and compliant client files from instruction through to resolution

  • Supporting the litigation process through proactive task management and attention to deadlines

  • Assisting with billing, time recording, and general team administration


What Youll Need:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary within a litigation.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills (digital dictation experience preferred)

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Professional discretion and a client-focused approach
