1:1 Support Worker for Autistic Young Adult – Community, Seahouses

UKCIL Ltd in Seahouses is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 19-year-old young man with Autism and ADHD. The ideal candidate will support him in accessing community activities, developing social skills, and building independence.

This community-based role requires 3 hours of support per week, focusing on encouraging confidence and positive wellbeing. Experience with Autism, patience, and the ability to build a supportive relationship are essential.
