Catsfield Church of England Primary School is a thriving, over‑subscribed voluntary controlled school with 105 pupils on roll. The vision "Nurture the Spirit - Grow the Mind - Love your Neighbour" underpins all aspects of life at our school.

Job Summary

We are looking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to lead Catsfield to fulfil its potential as an exceptional small school.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Have a strong vision for a Church school
  • Bring bold, creative and innovative ideas to the school’s 5‑year strategic development plan
  • Work proactively with stakeholders, promote the school’s strengths, celebrate children’s successes with the community and build bridges with all parents
  • Have demonstrable experience in leading exceptional teaching, curriculum design and inclusive practices
