Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Support Worker lead shifts and support junior team members

Build trusting relationships with children through consistent, trauma-informed care

Support education, daily routines, and emotional development

Assist with care planning and safeguarding procedures

Promote independence and positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential

At least 1 year of experience in a children’s residential setting

A Senior Support Worker who is confident leading shifts and mentoring others

Excellent communication and record-keeping skills

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
