Job Title:Wet Trader - Perm (Temp available)

Location:South East London (Greenwich, Bromley, Bexley, Dartford)

Pay:Up to 39,000 p/a + overtime available

Role:Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Hours:8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Wet Trader to work with their client in and around South London. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

• Plastering
• Render repairs
• Patch repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling
• Damp and mould work

Requirements:

• Level 2 NVQ in relevant trade (or equivalent)
• Highly experienced in Wet Trades
• Social housing experience
• Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
