Job Title: Contractor Escort
Location: Bicester, OX25 area
Pay Rate: 14.41 per hour (up to 37 hours) | Overtime after 37 hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:15
Contract Type: Ongoing (expected through to 2027)
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for Contractor Escorts. This is a key position supporting the safe and secure movement of contractors across the prison site.

• Escort contractors to and from designated work areas within the prison
• Ensure all movements comply with site security protocols
• Maintain supervision of contractors at all times while on site
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures

• Full site induction provided on day one
• Training includes security procedures, key handling, and escorting protocols

• Standard working week: 37 hours
• Hours: 07:30 - 17:15, Monday to Friday
• 14.41 per hour (standard rate up to 37 hours)
• Overtime paid after 37 hours worked

• Ongoing role with work available through to 2027
