Location: Bicester - OX26Shift Pattern: Night shifts, 1am 10:00am Pay Rate: From£12.21 per hour (PAYE) Job Type: Ongoing role with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate About the Role As a Parcel Sorter , you will play a key role in ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. This is a hands-on role withina busy warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities: Accurately sort and organise incoming parcels by route and destination Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment Ensure parcels are correctly labelled and categorised Work closely with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlinesIdentify damaged parcels and follow company procedures for reporting and handling Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, maximising space efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Follow all company health, safety, and security policies What Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting role is desirable but not essential Ability to stand for long periods and lift parcels of varying weights Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team playerFlexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime Own transport or reliable means of getting to site Benefits Discounts at hundreds of high-street stores and supermarkets Wellbeing support Financial assistance Legal support Interested?
