Childrens Registered Manager (on shift) - Prenton Area - Up to £13.20 p/h Plus Benefits This is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. They have children's services as well as packages for care leavers. We are looking for a confident, passionate and experienced Children's Manager in the Prenton Area. This is to manager a 2 Bed EBD service, with on shift duties. This means you must be available for shifts and sleeps as required. You will then oversee the day to day running of the service and will motivate your team to provide quality care at all times. You will manage the budgets for the home and will ensure positive outcomes with Ofsted Inspections. To apply for this job, you must have the following, - Experience Managing in a Children's Residential Service - QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) - NVQ 3 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (or equivalent) - Driver - Passion for making a difference Please note: This is not suitable for applicants with a background in Nursery School. You will be offered an hourly rate of between £12.20 and £13.20 (based on experience and past outcomes) and £34 per sleep. You can also take advantage of the excellent benefits.
