Conveyancing Executive/Solicitor, Eastham

Job Title ? Conveyancing Executive/Solicitor Contract ? Full Time, Permanent Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join a busy residential sale & purchase team. Ideally a qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer (3-5 years PQE) or equivalent experience. A sound theoretical & practical knowledge of the work, compliance with regulatory matters and the UK Finance Lender's handbook is essential. You will run a full caseload of files, which will predominantly be sales and purchase (Freehold, Leasehold, Share Ownership, Help to Buy and New Builds etc), but may also include re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, therefore previous experience in all areas is desirable.
