Plant Controller, Birmingham

A global automotive component supplier require a Plant Controller to have full financial responsibility for the plant and support the Plant Manager financially to drive improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive, CIMA Qualified, experience of SOX and Hyperion. Commutable from: Birmingham, Redditch, Solihull, Coventry, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Hinckley, Leicester Package: £65,000 - £70,000 p.a. +Car Allowance +Bonus +Pension +Medical Suitable for: Financial Controller, Financial Plant Controller, Finance Director, Finance Manager, Finance Operations Manager The Role Reporting to the Group Controller and Plant Manager you will have the following responsibilities: -Manage the Plant Finance Team. -All plant financial reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller to ensure accuracy and completeness of results submitted. -Attend Plant Management meetings as representation of Finance. The Person Educated to Accountant level or CIMA qualified you will have the following experiences: -Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment (preferably automotive) -Previous financial management experience in a similar industry and scale of operation is advantageous. -Knowledge of SOX applications & requirements.
