Small Works Supervisor West Midlands My client, a successful, family run small to medium sized building contractor, is looking for an experienced Small Works Supervisor, to manage small construction and maintenance jobs for Commercial, Industrial, Local Authorities and Public Sector clients. Types of work: * Small works * Maintenance * Adaptations The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, able to manage jobs within budget and work to programs. Candidates who have run a small construction business before would be ideal due to their experiecne with budgets and programs.
