PERMANENT MACHINE OPERATOR Bridgwater Rotating shifts (6am-2.15pm / (phone number removed)pm) Monday to Friday 7.5hrs per day working time £8.72 per hour starting rate, increases to £9.80 after probation & full training Our client is a leading manufacturer on the outskirts of Bridgwater, and due to continued growth and demand, they are looking for several additional machine operators to join the growing team. Experience in a similar role is essential and full training will be given. The role will become permanent following a successful 12 week probation period. Main duties: - Running of the production machines - Operating, monitoring, controlling and cleaning all plant and associated equipment - Packing of orders as required - Working in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective manner in order to meet production schedules Requirements: - Experience in machine operating - Able to undertake manual handling duties within a fast-paced environment - Production experience - Enthusiastic and willing to learn - Flexible to support team - Attention to detail - Referenceable work history Benefits: - Full training given training within a variety of areas within production - Good progression opportunities for the right candidate - Free on-site parking
