Role: Business Development Executive Salary: £24,500 negotible (Depending on experience) + Commission + OTE + Employee Incentives on achieving targets. Hours of Work: Monday through to Friday 0830hrs- 1730hrs (Flexiblilty of working from home 4 days with 1 day in the office per week) Must be a Car Owner - Paid Milage at 45p " Excellent opportunity for experienced Business Development Executive(s) with a proven track record in direct sales and business development within the construction industry in particular with constructors and property developers within the Milton Keynes area" The Client Is a cleaning and sanitising specialist to residential, commercial and vehicle clients. Their services include carpet and upholstery cleaning, hard surface cleaning (baths, showers, sinks, toilets, tiled surfaces, and paintwork; walls and ceilings) plus general facilities. Offering cleaning services using non-toxic, non-alcoholic methods by the use of steam. Our Client is a brand new start-up and has been trading since May 2020 is already winning a number of contracts which now means that are urgently looking for the right people to join them to help them realise their full potential and future success. They are now looking for Experinced Business Development Executive(s) who are target driven and have the desire, grit and determination to build relationships and directly sell the steam cleaning services to both business to business and business to consumer clients within the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. The Role As a Business Development Executive your role will include; * Responsible for developing leads and gathering names, phone numbers, emails and data of high quality. * Selling steam cleaning services to both Business to Business and Business to Consumer clients. * Following up on all enquiries whilst being customer focused at all times. * Understanding the clients wants and needs so that they can recommend the correct product solution. * Seeing the job through from initial contact to close of sale. * Working as an account manager for several repeat customers. * Selling to customers, by phone, email, social media platforms including LinkedIn and of course door to door and face to face in the field. * Reporting your work during your day. The Ideal Candidate: * Experienced business development executive * Be results orientated and driven to succeed. * Direct sales experience. * Have good negotiation and closing abilities. * Time management and journey planning skills. * Ability to report all activity via email or via shared doc. * Must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident in driving a car or a van. We are only interested in hearing from experienced business development executives who are proven lead generators, direct sales and business development consultants and who have built strong networks of business and consumer clients within the construction industry.
