Sales Specialist - New Business - Unified Communications, Lancashire

We?re on the lookout for a new Unified Communications Sales Specialist at Elite Group. Established in 2000, Elite Group has grown from a humble telecommunications company to an award-winning technology provider for business customers across the UK. To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in new business field sales within the Unified Communications and Technology sector, specifically the Mitel product set, as well as the drive to succeed, and the want to achieve. As a UC Sales Specialist, you will demonstrate your experience in selling complex and enterprise-level systems and/or solutions to both Elite?s existing and new customers. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, knowledge and sales ability will be a significant factor in winning sales. This role will not directly manage or maintain ongoing client relationships, but instead will be responsible for owning the entire sales process end to end, including high-quality, high-level proposal documentation, working with Pre-Sales, establishing pricing with the Commercial team, closing sales and providing a detailed handover of the customer. You will also work and liaise with clients post-sale as required. We?re looking for an expert UC Salesperson, who is high-performing, quality-driven and professional, and who is motivated by providing customers with the right product to suit their business. We?re looking for someone with: * Proven and relevant knowledge within the UC Sales sector and the Mitel product set * Demonstratable experience and a proven track record attracting new business and managing the sales process end to end * excellent communication skills, verbal, written and face to face with experience presenting complex solutions to clients and customers * a confident, innovative, creative and decisive approach to customer interactions and resolving customer issues * the want to put customers first. Ideally, we?re looking for candidates who have a wealth of experience in the UC Sales field, who may hold product/academic UC qualifications. As this role is field-based and requires occasional travel to Head Office, a car allowance is attached to this position.
