Associate Landscape Architect, Birmingham 38k ? 50k DOE Rare and exciting opportunity for An Associate Landscape Architect to join Landscape led consultancy also working in Architecture, Urban Design and Town Planning. You will join a medium size consultancy and lead and develop a small team of Landscape Architects. The successful candidate will be an experienced chartered Landscape Architect with 10 plus years in the industry. You will initially be working on urban regeneration projects and providing evidence at a wide range of nationally planning inquiries. Responsibilities Support landscape statements and mitigation strategies will form an important element if the role Preparation of LVIA?s, Feasibility studies and landscape planning. Manage projects from Inception to completion whilst leading and developing a small team Liaising with clients and appropriate contractor professionals Prepare sketches for visualisations and cross sections On site visits Responding to contractors Hardscapes and Planting Plans Post-chartership experience in landscape planning across  a range of all development sectors Experienced in visual impact assessments and landscape planning Strong report writing skills Proactive approach to problem solving Natural flair for design combined with creative thinking Vectorworks is preferred however training will be provided Hold a full current UK driving license and be eligible to work in the UK To organise effectively and management skills This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing consultancy who will offer flexible benefits and competitive salary and are very accommodating to the candidate?s needs.
