Job Title: Architectural Technologist Location: Harrogate Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Package (Negotiable, depending on experience) Calibre Search is delighted to be working with a vibrant, medium sized practice based in Harrogate who are specialists in the delivery of Logistics & Industrial Development. This is a great opportunity for a junior - intermediate level Architectural Technologist to gain experience working on a range of large scale, high value projects while gaining industry leading training and development. In just over 10 years, they have managed to build a great reputation as one of the leading practices in the region to work for, providing a friendly, relaxed atmosphere helping to foster the high quality design solutions that they have become synonymous with. We're looking to speak with an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years' experience, who is experienced on AutoCAD and Revit and ideally has experience working on similar projects (although this is not essential). The studio is based in central Harrogate and is not too far from the train station for those who commute by train. Parking permits for a car park just around the corner from the office are also paid for as part of the package for those commuting by car. Role Requirements - At least 3 years' experience in a similar role - AutoCAD proficiency is essential - Experience using Revit is highly desirable, however on the job training will be provided. - Must be ambitious and confident enough to work in a client facing role. - Experience working on similar developments will be valued however this is not essential.
