VP IT Performance Harvey Nash are working in partnership with Fleetcor, as they embark on a restructure and augmentation of their IT & Technology workforce. Fleetcor, is a Global Leader in Commercial Payments, their specialized payment solutions help businesses control, simplify, and secure payment for fuel, general payables, toll and lodging expenses. They're a truly global company, operating in over 80 countries around the world. 2020 is shaping up to be an exciting year in Europe for Fleetcor, with their move into an accelerated API strategy and towards cloud based solutions. Transformation and Stabilization are their key drivers and they're looking for their Technology Team to drive innovation and improve delivery through a continued move towards Agile working The VP of IT Performance will be responsible for Overseeing financial control on behalf of the CIO. Primary duties and responsibilities will be to analyze data, identify trends, and initiate any corrective actions that will be needed to assure the IT organization lands upon agreed upon budgets and project metrics. You'll able to organize and present this data to CIO and delivery directors so that it is easily interpreted and so that they understand the risks and benefits of taking actions that are suggested. It will be your responsibility to analyze and interpret data, present the data as actionable information in a professional format and help embed current processes that are in place and always helping to improve them. The VP of IT Performance will also oversee the PMO function for the (url removed).ANZ region and serve as the main liaison between headquarters US IT finance and European Region. The appointed candidate will be able to understand the factors that affect an IT organization that is spread across the globe and how they are all connected. Strong Excel and mathematical and financial analysis skills are essential. Candidates who have suitable skills and experience could come from a variety of backgrounds but central to your skills and experience will be the ability to oversee large and complex budgets (c. £30million), combined with the ability to analyze complex data and produce reports to Board level standard. Financial or accountancy qualifications are not essential, but you could have worked previously in a finance role or perhaps worked in a similar, financial focused, role within a technology function.
