Building Maintenance Supervisor *** Nicholas Associates are working on behalf of a well-established building & maintenance contractor in the West Midlands who are looking to employ an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage both the day to day maintenance and project works, overseeing all trade variations. We are looking to speak with candidates who have previous experience in managing property and building maintenance contracts.
