Design Co-ordinator, Birmingham

I am currently working on behalf of a Large Construction Company who have a national presence. They currently turnover approx £200M from their Construction arm of the business and are looking to grow this over the next 5 years. Typically they work within the Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial and ExtraCare Sector and are competent running schemes between £5M and £50M. Their Midlands region is very busy currently and they are looking to strengthen their Design offering. They are therefore looking to bring in a Design Co-ordinator/Senior Design Co-ordinator who has main contracting experience. The role will be a site based position and you will be initially responsible for two schemes totalling £19M in value. Ideally the individual will have experience running the Design for schemes over £6M in value and will be happy to take on the challenge of running two schemes concurrently.
