Customer Service Coordinator, Blandford Forum

We are seeking applications from candidates with experience in proving excellent Customer Service to internal and external customers. You will be proficient and professional in handling incoming calls, answering queries and problem solving. You will also be responsible for conducting outbound customer service calls ensuring the customer experience has been of the highest possible standard, building long standing customer relationships. You should be IT literate with a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer contact environment. A team player with a positive, enthusiastic approach will excel in this role. The salary on offer is £19,500 per annum
