M&E Services Manager, West Midlands

M&E Coordinator Midlands Region £50,000 - £55,000 + Package This well- established Main Contractor seeks an experienced M&E Coordinator / Manager to further bolster the Midlands region working on projects across the East and West Midlands. You will be working on variety of commercial and industrial sectors. This is an exciting position for an experienced M&E Coordinator and the successful candidate will play a major role within the M&E Building Services division for this main contractor. It is imperative that you have knowledge on both mechanical and electrical services as well as knowledge with utilities, sprinkler systems and public health etc. You will be responsible for taking the lead on all pre-construction, the design/co-ordination/tech subs/RFIs, managing quality, appointing sub-contractors and then moving on to drive the operations of the project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to influence its team members and self-motivated in order to work on their own initiate. This is a MEP installation role and you must have experience of this running building services projects.
