Bank Registered General Nurses, Nationwide

Goldman & Fine Group is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed Registered General Nurses to work with our client at one of its nationwide care homes. Our client is looking for Bank Registered Nurses (RGN) at one of their nursing homes in the UK. As an RGN, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment for patients with a range of needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical, clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you?ll have the autonomy to do things the right way ? and be truly valued and respected for what you do. You Must: ? Have current NMC registration ? Have good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices ? Have an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines ? Be dedicated and compassionate. Your Experience: ? Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. ? Have good communication and interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic approach to the provision of quality, effective safe care delivery. ? Understand the importance of maintaining patient safety and minimising risk in accordance with policy and procedure. ? Demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of supportive and flexible team working. ? Eligible to work in the UK.
