Customer Care Co-ordinator - Fixed Term Contract, King's Lynn

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and high performing team within the Snap-on Diagnostics business in King's Lynn, Norfolk. The fixed-term role is maternity cover and the contracted hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. The role assists in co-ordinating the service department functions and facilities to ensure our teams and customers get exemplary support; the role also provides an efficient and profitable after-sales service operation. Key responsibilities: To be primary telephone contact for customers and service teams to deal with all service requests and customer enquiries keeping the relevant people informed at all times. To log and manage all incoming service calls and other data onto our internal systems. To ensure technical queries are dealt with promptly. To open new accounts and maintain customer database. To generate credits for approval. To process service engineers paperwork, cost areas, to investigate and process exceptions. Essential competencies: Telephone based customer care experience with a dedication to exceeding expectations by delivering first class customer service. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to quickly build rapport and effective relationships. Skilled at time management with excellent organisational skills. Remains calm and polite at all times; is an active listener and considers all options before making a decision. Technically skilled with excellent excel skills and Microsoft Outlook experience.
