Senior Landscape Architect Birmingham £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Full time Permanent Position Our client is the fastest grown architectural practice based in Shropshire who has exeptional multi-disiplinary portfolio accross more than 11 key sectors. They have great reputation within the industry for delivering innovative and high quality projects and well executed designs. Over recent years, they have grown their business, due to this rapid growth they have great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their business. Working closely with both Managing Director and Contractors, you will provide design support and managing key account within the business. To be considered for this role you will be to have the following skills: Proficient In AutoCad and 3D rendering Strong landscape background ideally 5-8 years of experience Chartered status CMLI Experience of LVIA and landscape landscape Experience in Multi-Discipline environment Playing a major role in delivering projects Manage important relationships and further cement their reputation for offering excellent client care Representing the company at corporate events you'll identify new business opportunities and raise the profile of the practice Excellent communication and people skills. Good planning and organisational skills. Great Client Management experience.
