Architectural Technician / Technologist Location: Hereford HR4 7PU Salary: £24K to £40K, DOE Contract: Full time, Permanent Oakwrights are recruiting! Due to our ongoing success, we are currently offering a fantastic opportunity of an Architectural Technician / Technologist with a minimum of 3 years? experience, filled with drive, initiative, good experience, and ability. You will be working for a thriving and growing company of over 135 employees, in the beautiful County of Herefordshire. You will be working on our Clients dream homes, bespoke residential new-build projects of approx. (Apply online only)sqm. The houses are built on-site using our German-engineered CNC-machinery, cutting stunning oak frames, and erected on site by our carpenters, creating instant character and timeless Architecture, all using our highly energy efficient and sustainable encapsulation systems that reach Passivhaus standards. In addition to being a go-getting, client-facing character with a great flair for design, we are also looking for candidate with: * Qualified with a recognised Architectural qualification / CIAT or similar. * Experience working with AutoCAD and NBS Specification. * Exemplary Building Regulations Drawing ability. * Good technical detailing knowledge. * Site Supervision and experience on private houses is beneficial. * Good communication skills and comfortable working individually or part of a wider team.
