Mortgage Advisor, Brentwood

Our client is a rapidly expanding Mortgage brokerage who are based in several locations across Essex and they are seeking an additional experienced and fully qualified Mortgage Advisor. Ideally the ideal candidate will have at least two years? experience in successfully selling mortgages and associated life products with full CeMAP and Competent Advisor Status. Our clients have numerous associations with Estate Agency businesses across Essex which supply a good level of leads together with a healthy client bank of their own. This position is a self employed role where they will financially support the successful candidate for the first three months until they have built a good pipeline. Depending on your situation they have three tiers of commission available depending on your previous bankings and success ranging from 60% to 75%. The current Advisors within the team currently earn anything between £55k to £100K per annum. As a Mortgage Advisor you will probably be used to the enormous paperwork involved and our clients provide FULL Administration support commencing from initial sign up through to successful completion ensuring that you can concentrate on selling more mortgages. Working under the Sesame compliance framework you will have the freedom to work from home or their offices and work the hours you need to enable a great work/life balance. They are a Mortgage brokerage that offers complete independent advice in terms of the lender and associated life products giving you the ability to offer a complete range of products for your customers. The ideal Mortgage Advisor will have the following:- * A minimum of two years? experience in selling mortgages, life products and general insurance * Fully CeMAP qualified * Competent Advisor Status * MUST have their own vehicle * Live in Essex, Suffolk or East London * Want to work within a great team and are ambitious to earn more money with a great work/life balance.
