Multi Trade Operative, West Midlands

Resourcing Group currently have multiple jobs available for Multi Trade Operatives. The client we are working with is a leading social housing r&m contractor and the vacancies are working on their new 10 year contract with a Housing Association covering responsive repairs across the Midlands. We are looking to speak with candidates who have the ability to achieve a first time fix whilst at the same time delivering a high standard of workmanship. Key responsibilities:- Undertaking repair/renewal works across several trades identifying the need for other trades to undertake the repair/renewal Advising Supervisor in a timely manner where other trades are required Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken Working in a timely and productive manner to complete project Affording excellent customer service to client representatives If you are interested in this vacancy, please contact Zac at our Birmingham Office on (phone number removed).
