As a supplier of semi-skilled and skilled manufacturing Production Operatives across Perth, Tayside and Fife for the past 10 years - Adecco Dundee are delighted to continue our growth within this sector across our Perth client base. We are currently recruiting high volumes of temporary workers for our Production & Manufacturing clients in Perth and are looking for people with the right experience and attitude to join the already high performing team. As a Production Operative you will be expected to work with various items of production machinery, ensuring output is maintained in line with the company growth-plan. With targets in place to achieve - your attention to detail is vitally important, as is your personal integrity. Our client will not accept corners being cut. We want the best workers available! The roles can be repetitive in nature - so great focus is required. As an excellent team player - we are looking for strong communicators that are capable of seeing the bigger picture and understanding the business needs. The shop floor environment is very busy. So one minute you may be operating production equipment...the next you may be required to maintain the cleanliness of the working area...so, your flexibility to take on various tasks is welcomed. Public transport is available to our clients' location, however, due to shift timings, having your own transport would be of benefit.
